These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Opineos products, APIs, scripts, and related websites.

1. Acceptance and Eligibility

By creating an account, subscribing, or using Opineos, you agree to these Terms and applicable laws. You represent that you have authority to bind your organization when using the service on its behalf.

2. Service Scope

Opineos provides website feedback widgets, project/domain controls, dashboard workflows, API/script endpoints, and optional third-party integrations. Features may vary by plan.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for account credentials, user access management, and all activity under your account. You must promptly notify us of unauthorized access or security incidents.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not misuse the service, probe unauthorized systems, upload malicious content, violate intellectual property or privacy rights, or use Opineos for unlawful activity.

5. Customer Content and License

You retain rights to your content and collected feedback. You grant Opineos a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and transmit such data solely to operate, secure, and improve the service.

6. Integrations and Third Parties

Integrations are optional and configured by you. You are responsible for your credentials, permissions, and compliance with third-party terms and policies.

7. Billing, Tax, and Renewals

Paid services are billed via our payment provider (including Paddle where applicable). Prices, billing intervals, applicable taxes, and renewal terms are shown at checkout or in your billing area.

8. Refunds and Chargebacks

Refund handling follows our Refund Policy. Initiating unjustified chargebacks or payment abuse may lead to service suspension while the dispute is reviewed.

9. Availability and Changes

We may modify, improve, or discontinue features and infrastructure. While we aim for high reliability, uninterrupted or error-free service is not guaranteed.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, abuse, legal risk, or non-payment. You may stop using the service at any time, subject to billing commitments already incurred.

11. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Opineos is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits/data/business. Total liability is limited to amounts paid for the service in the relevant claim period.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law based on our company jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived under local law.
